CMS Wistrand has acted as legal advisor to SEHED Byggmästargruppen AB (publ) in connection with listing on NGM Nordic SME. Trading in the company's shares began on February 6, 2025.
SEHED Byggmästargruppen AB (publ) is a well-established group with approximately 380 employees, consisting of specialist companies in the construction and contracting sector and offers comprehensive solutions in ROT projects (renovation, conversion, and extension) as well as new construction.
CMS Wistrand's team consisted of Peter Lexenberg (responsible partner), Louise Berlin and Emelie Johannesson.
