CMS Wistrand advises Strawberry Group on the establishment of a new hotel in Marievik, Stockholm
CMS Wistrand has advised Strawberry Group on the establishment of a new hotel in Marievik, Stockholm. The project is being developed in partnership with AMF Fastigheter and is scheduled to open in summer 2029.
The hotel will comprise approximately 11,500 square metres and feature 191 rooms, a rooftop spa with an outdoor pool, restaurants, a gym, and spaces for meetings and events. It forms part of the wider redevelopment of Marievik into a mixed-use urban neighbourhood.
CMS Wistrand has advised Strawberry Group on all legal matters relating to the project. The team was led by Per Dalemo, partner, and Simon Thungren, senior associate.

The Strawberry Group is one of the largest hotel operators in the Nordic region with more than 250 hotels, including the hotel chains Comfort Hotel, Quality Hotel, Clarion Hotel and Home Hotel Hotel, as well as more than 40 independent hotels.
