CMS Wistrand has assisted Strawberry Living in connection with the establishment of Aurora Village, which is being developed together with Adapteo. The project forms part of Strawberry Living's new business segment, which focuses on operating complete living environments for large industrial and infrastructure projects.
The facility will be established on Storporsön in Luleå and accommodate approximately 2,000 people working on SSAB’s transition to fossil-free steel production. Strawberry Living will be responsible for operating the accommodation facilities, including a restaurant, mini‑market and gym.
