CMS Wistrand advises Sveriges Konsumenter on the sale of Råd & Rön AB to AB Dagens Nyheter

CMS Wistrand has acted as legal adviser to Sveriges Konsumenter in connection with the sale of all shares in Råd & Rön AB to AB Dagens Nyheter.

As a result of the transaction, Råd & Rön – a consumer magazine with an established role in independent product testing and consumer journalism – will become part of Bonnier News. 

CMS Wistrand’s team consisted of Louise Rodebjer (Managing Partner) and Amanda Luthman (Associate).
