In 2025, Louise Rodebjer assumed the role of Managing Partner. She is also a partner in CMS Wistrand’s Corporate/M&A practice group and specialises in transactional law, commercial contracts, and general corporate law matters.
Louise Rodebjer has extensive experience assisting both Swedish and international companies and regularly works with colleagues in our CMS offices on global mandates. Her clients range from large global companies to local entrepreneurs and the mandates encompass both domestic and cross-border M&A as well as general business law matters. Further, Louise assists companies with board work, company secretarial services and general legal advice in relation to commercial matters.
Louise Rodebjer first joined CMS Wistrand as a summer intern in 2002, and after working in the finance industry in London, joined as an associate in 2008. She later spent a number of years at another law firm and within the retail industry, before re-joining the firm again in 2016.
