CMS Wistrand advises Tingstad Group on the acquisition of Magnusson & Freij

Tingstad is a market leading business supplier of consumables, workwear and equipment within various industries. Tingstad has an annual turnover of nearly SEK 4 billion and over 500 employees.

Magnusson & Freij is a full-service wholesaler in hygiene products, paper, plastics and cleaning, chemical and cleaning machines, primarily for the public sector.

The deal team was led by corporate partner Per Dalemo and included inter alia senior associate Simon Thungren (M&A and project management), specialist counsel Tobias Bengtsson (Competition & Trade), associate Thea Holst Westrum (Real Estate) and associate Caroline Wensberg (M&A).
