CMS Wistrand advises Vertiseit AB (publ)

CMS Wistrand is pleased to have once again acted as legal advisor to Vertiseit AB (publ), a fast-growing provider of Digital In-store and In-store Experience Management, in its acquisition of mdt Medientechnik GmbH (MDT) through its subsidiary Grassfish. 

MDT is a well-established player in the digital in-store sector in the DACH region, developing and selling an in-store experience management (IXM) platform for digital in-store, primarily through partners.

CMS Wistrand's team, led by Johannes Wårdman, provided comprehensive legal advice throughout the transaction. This included corporate/M&A, capital markets, due diligence, transaction structuring and contract negotiations.

Throughout the transaction, CMS Wistrand has successfully collaborated with CMS Germany, whose work was led by responsible partner Christopher von Lilien-Waldau.
