CMS Wistrand has acted as legal adviser to Zendr and its owners in connection with Copilot Capital’s majority investment in the company. Zendr is a fast-growing B2B platform helping small and medium-sized enterprises optimise their freight solutions.
The investment enables Zendr to accelerate its expansion across the Nordics and wider Europe, further develop its platform and drive growth through strategic acquisitions. Founded in 2020, Zendr has rapidly scaled from just two employees to a team of over 50, now serving more than 2,000 SME customers in Sweden.
