Robert Kullgren is a partner in CMS Wistrand’s practice group Corporate/M&A. Robert has extensive experience in providing advice on M&A, real estate, corporate law matters and commercial contracts. He specializes in transactional matters and has acted as lead counsel for Swedish and international companies, property-owners and financial investors on domestic and cross-border acquisitions, divestments and investments within a variety of industries.

Robert Kullgren has been individually recognized by internationally renowned ranking guides, within Corporate/M&A, as Chambers Europe (17 years ranked, Corporate/M&A), Chambers Global (15 years ranked, Corporate/M&A) and has been elected for Legal 500’s Commercial, Corporate and M&A Hall of Fame.
