CMS Wistrand has advised Ruby Group in connection with their new Ruby hotel located in Malmö, Sweden.
Ruby Group is opening a new hotel in central Malmö, scheduled to open in Q1 2028. The hotel project is being carried out in partnership with the property owner, Revelop, and will be Ruby's second location in Sweden.
Founded in 2013, Ruby Group operates 20 Ruby hotels across Europe, with an additional 15 hotels currently under construction or in the planning phase. Ruby also offers Ruby Workspaces in multiple cities across Europe.
