Jeanette Jönsson is based in the Gothenburg office and has been a senior associate since 2019 and counsel since the turn of the year. She specialises in transactional law, equity and capital markets law, commercial contracts and corporate law. She also has extensive experience in sustainability-related counselling, helping our clients to integrate ESG issues into their business strategies. Jeanette consistently demonstrates a strong commitment to our clients and to staying ahead of their needs.
Justus Pettersson is also based in the Gothenburg office. Justus has been a senior associate since 2016 and counsel since the turn of the year. He specialises in tax law, helping both companies and individuals with complex structures to find efficient and sustainable solutions. With a deep understanding of complex wealth structures and an exceptional commitment to his clients, Justus brings both knowledge and a solution-oriented approach.
Mariélle Norbäck is based in the Stockholm office and specialises in insolvency law. She has extensive experience in assisting companies in various industries with bankruptcy, creditor protection, corporate reorganisation and other insolvency law matters. Mariélle is a valued advisor whose calm and solution-focused approach helps clients navigate through complex financial challenges. Her extensive knowledge and commitment make her a valuable resource for both our clients and the insolvency department.
