Niklas Alvestrand Körling is a member of CMS Wistrand's Stockholm board and has extensive experience from having been Managing Partner at Wistrand Law Firm 2022-2025 and, prior to that, a member of CMS Wistrand's Stockholm board.

Niklas specialises in financing, financial restructurings and insolvency matters. He has extensive experience in both Swedish and cross-border insolvency proceedings and advising on restructuring, insolvency and creditor protection. Niklas regularly acts as counsel as well as is appointed as administrator, trustee and liquidator in restructurings, bankruptcies and liquidations within a variety of industries.
