CMS Wistrand has advised Litigium Capital in connection with its establishment of Litigium Capital Investment II

Litigium Capital is an investment company focusing on investments in third party funding. Following a successful fundraising, Litigium Capital has now established the alternative investment fund Litigium Capital Investment II. The investment policy of the fund is, as previously, to invest in disputes in the Nordic market. 

In connection with the establishment of Litigium Capital Investment II, Litigium Capital has also successfully completed a so-called secondary where a foreign specialist investor acquired certain rights to the company's existing litigation portfolio.

CMS Wistrand's team has mainly consisted of of Partner Hendrik Kangasmuukko and Associate Partner Jeanette Jönsson.
