Hendrik Kangasmuukko is a partner at CMS Wistrand’s Corporate and Banking & Finance practice groups and specialises in cross-border transactions and financings, with a particular focus on private equity, industrials and renewable energy sector. With over twenty years of experience, he has extensive experience in advising lenders, sponsors and industrial clients on transactions and financings with a specific focus on projects with a cross-border dimension. Hendrik Kangasmuukko has notably led a broad range of corporate transactions and investments as well as financing matters including project financing in relation to renewable energy projects.
His prior experience includes having been in-house counsel with the Dutch international chemical giant AkzoNobel and from other top-tier firms in Sweden (including secondments to Helsinki (Finland) and New York (USA).
