CMS Wistrand has advised Nivika Fastigheter AB on its entry into construction contracts for the development of a new production and logistics facility for its tenant, Rosti Group, in Gislaved.
The project involves approximately 16,000 sqm of new construction, including extensive tenant improvements such as overhead crane systems, process cooling and compressed-air installations.
The project is structured as a multi-contract arrangement. CMS Wistrand has advised Nivika on the drafting and negotiation of agreements with various subcontractors, including NaijBygg AB, Inneklimat, Bravida and Hillerstorps Schakt AB, as well as on negotiations with the tenant.
The new facility represents an important step in Nivika’s continued development of modern and energy-efficient properties in the region, while also supporting Rosti’s expansion.
