CMS Wistrand has advised Strawberry on the establishment of Quality Hotel Visby

CMS Wistrand has advised Strawberry on the establishment of Quality Hotel Visby in Gotland through a franchise agreement with Gotlandsbolaget.

The takeover is expected to take place in June 2026, at which point the hotel, formerly known as Hamnhotellet and operated as a Scandic franchise since 2013, will become part of Strawberry.

Gotlandsbolaget will remain the owner of the hotel business, and the hotel will be converted into a Quality Hotel through the franchise agreement.
