Key contact
CMS Wistrand has signed a lease for 2,600 square metres of newly built office space at Jakobsbergsgatan 24 and will move in September 2025. The move is a strategic investment in order to further strengthen the firm's role in the business community and to create a dynamic meeting place for employees, clients and partners.
A future-oriented meeting place in Stockholm's business centre
For almost a year, CMS Wistrand has been evaluating premises to find a place that will meet the firm's needs both today and in the future. Jakobsbergsgatan 24 has become an important hub in the tech and financial world, a natural location for CMS Wistrand as one of the larger international law firms in the market.
"We are very pleased to have found an environment that meets our high standards of functionality, accessibility and quality. Our new office is a strategic investment in both our culture and our long-term offering to clients and staff employees. We look forward to welcoming people from all over the world to our new home,” says Niklas Alvestrand Körling.
A unique role in business - and an environment that reflects it
Law firms have a unique role in the business world. We are a bridge between business, government and the judiciary, acting as a platform for both knowledge sharing and advocacy.
"We are and want to remain a natural hub in the business community. Networking, training and meetings are a natural part of our activities. We see it as a matter of course to continue to provide a place where innovators, decision-makers and stakeholders can meet," says Niklas Alvestrand Körling.

CMS Wistrand sees the physical meeting as a key to innovation and long-term business relationships. The new space is designed to inspire collaboration, creative ideas and strategic conversations that move both the law firm and its clients forward.
"This move is not about impressing - it's an investment in what we believe in. As a law firm, we operate at the intersection of business and society. The personal encounter is a central part of our business and our new premises will reflect that. We are building a place where people want to be," says Niklas Alvestrand Körling, Managing Partner of CMS Wistrand.

We would like to thank AMF Fastigheter (the landlord), Cresnia (the advisor) and Forma arkitekter (the architect) for all their work in this process and look forward to continuing to work hard together before the move in September this year.
