On April 8, the Stockholm District Court declared, the Swedish company Kvalitena AB bankrupt after the company's restructuring plan was deemed unlikely to succeed. With debts of over SEK 1 billion and assets in Sweden, in other European jurisdictions and in the US, it is a comprehensive case that requires both legal and business expertise. CMS Wistrand, with Christian Bergqvist as the appointed bankruptcy trustee, has been entrusted to oversee the liquidation.
