Christian Bergqvist specializes in insolvency matters. He has extensive experience of handling distressed matters and advising on restructurings, creditor protection issues, Directors' liability and other types of legal matters that arise when a company is under financial distress. Christian regularly acts as counsel, trustee and liquidator in both Swedish and cross-border restructurings, bankruptcies and liquidations.
