The Swedish Competition Authority has appointed Katrin Salwén, Head of the Competition practice at CMS Wistrand in Stockholm, as an external adviser to the International Competition Network’s (ICN) working group on unilateral conduct, which is one of the central focus areas of global antitrust policy.
With more than 140 members spanning over 130 jurisdictions, the ICN is the primary forum for cooperation among the world’s competition authorities. Its mission is to promote convergence in antitrust enforcement and to strengthen the global competition framework by sharing tools, methods, and principles.
Katrin’s appointment recognises her extensive expertise in competition law, as well as the confidence placed in her by a leading national authority to represent Swedish perspectives in international discussion on shaping rules. She will serve in this advisory role until 31 may 2027.
