Katrin Salwén is a Counsel in CMS Wistrand’s practice group Corporate Commercial and specializes in EU and Competition law. She has over 20 years of experience working on broad range of competition matter including abuse of dominance, restrictive agreements, merger control and state aid. Katrin has experience from working on competition matters in national and EU courts as well as before the Swedish competition authority and the European Commission. Katrin has experience from working and advising in diverse industries as private equity, IP/telecom, music/media, sports, infrastructure, manufacturing and pharmaceuticals. In addition, Katrin has experience from and advices on related areas such as Compliance, Regulatory matters and Foreign Direct Investments (FDI).
Katrin has been appointed as an advisor to the Swedish Competition Authority in the International Competition Network (ICN)
