We strenghten our M&A team - Welcome Nicklas Bexelius!
We are pleased to welcome Nicklas Bexelius as new Counsel in our M&A team, who will primarily work with us on tech M&A.
Nicklas has extensive experience in M&A and commercial law, most recently as Legal Director at Lyvia Group AB with leading responsibility for M&A transactions and general corporate law. He has also been the responsible lawyer at H&M Group Ventures during a secondment, focusin on investments and strategic M&A. From 2018 to 2022, he worked as a lawyer specialising in M&A.
With his extensive experience in complex transactions and his specialisation in Tech, Impact and Digital business, Nicklas will be a valuable reinforcment for us and our clients.
