Wistrand advises Stureplansgruppen on the acquisition of Avalon Hotel

Wistrand has advised Stureplansgruppen on the acquisition of iconic Avalon Hotel in Gothenburg.

Stureplansgruppen will take over the hotel from the new year. In addition to Avalon Hotel, Stureplansgruppen owns Berns Hotel, Bank Hotel, Boo Boo Living and Skepparholmen. Avalon will contiune to be a member of Nordic Hotels & Resorts.

Wistrand's team has been led by Per Dalemo, supported by Tomas Hecht, Tobias Bratt and Erik Frykenholt.
