Erik Frykenholt is a senior associate in CMS Wistrand’s practice group Corporate/M&A. He primarily works with corporate transactions, commercial contracts and general corporate matters. With experience from both domestic and cross-border transactions, as well as advising on a wide range of corporate matters, he contributes with key expertise in these areas. In 2024, Erik completed a secondment with CMS’s Private Equity team in London. He is also Co-Head of the CMS Corporate/M&A Associates Group, an international network of lawyers focusing on corporate and M&A matters.
