CMS Wistrand advises S-Invest Trading AB on the acquisition of Kungälvs Garden Center
CMS Wistrand has advised S-Invest Trading AB (Blomsterlandet) in connection with its acquisition of Kungälvs Garden Center AB from NCWD Sverige AB. Completion took place on 28 April 2026. S-Invest Trading AB owns Blomsterlandet, a nationwide retail chain with 62 stores in Sweden specialising in the sale of flowers, plants and garden accessories.
The acquisition strengthens Blomsterlandet’s presence in western Sweden. Kungälvs Garden Center will continue to operate under its existing name as an independent business.
CMS Wistrand advised on all legal aspects of the transaction, including corporate and M&A, intellectual property, employment and real estate.
