Noah Taha serves as a senior associate at CMS Wistrand’s practice group Corporate & Commercial and specialises in M&A, equity capital markets and general corporate advisory. He has experience in advising Swedish and international clients in connection with complex contract negotiations, restructurings, due diligence, and general corporate governance.

He has previous experience as an associate lawyer at Roschier Advokatbyrå and as a judicial clerk at the Ångermanland District Court.
