Annie Kolvik is an associate in CMS Wistrand’s Environment & Energy practice group. She primarily advises on environmental and energy law matters, planning and building issues, and other types of land use issues. Annie also advises on matters relating to administrative law and administrative proceedings. Drawing on her previous experience at the Land and Environment Court and the County Administrative Board, she brings valuable expertise in these areas.
Annie has assisted a wide range of clients with legal matters relating to environmental permits, land use and associated issues, and has represented clients throughout permit application and appeal processes. She has also provided strategic advice on legal challenges arising from, for example, the development of wind farms, solar power facilities and waste management plants, as well as other uses of land and water resources.
