Emil Åstradsson serves as a Counsel in CMS Wistrand's Real Estate group and specialises in real estate law, with particular expertise in real estate transactions, real estate development, exploitation, commercial tenancy law and other rights of use. He regularly acts as counsel in court and arbitration proceedings, as well as in matters before the Rental and Tenancy Board. Emil Åstradsson has extensive experience advising property owners on the granting of land for the development of solar and wind power projects. He also provides training in commercial tenancy law.
