Emilie Steen is a partner at CMS Wistrand and advises on the environmental and real estate field. She is specialised in environmental and energy law as well as land law, with expertise in renewable energy, waste facilities, contaminated land, questions related to the Planning and Building Act and property development and leaseholds. Her practice focuses on court proceedings in the Land and Environmental Courts, the County Administrative Boards, municipalities and the Cadastral Authority as well as real estate transactions and other contractual issues related to real estate and real estate development.
