Henrik Saalman is a partner at CMS Wistrand and his main areas of expertise are mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law. The main part of his work is transaction related and refers to investments in, and transfers of, businesses in various forms. Henrik also provides ongoing advice on general corporate law and commercial agreements such as shareholders' agreements, option programs and commercial lease agreements.
Henrik Saalman regularly advises domestic and international companies and investors and has, inter alia, extensive experience in providing advice in relation to venture capital transactions.
