Jörgen Larsson is a partner in CMS Wistrand’s practice groups Dispute Resolution and Employment law. He specializes in national and international commercial disputes as well as in employment and benefits. Jörgen is co-head of CMS Wistrand’s Employment practice.
Jörgen is experienced in contractual, advisory, trade secrets and regulatory disputes. He has special expertise in the energy, shipping and industrial sectors before courts and arbitration tribunals. Jörgen is also engaged regularly as mediator and arbitrator, ad hoc as well as through SCC and West Sweden Chamber of Commerce.
Jörgen also advises employers in all types of employment law matters, including handling union consultations, reorganizations, M&A related employment law, transfer of businesses, and mass-terminations of employment as well as advising on employment agreements and individual terminations of employment and also on benefits and pensions. He acts as litigator, mediator and arbitrator in various employment law related disputes.
Jörgen has also extensive experience in special investigations regarding unfair competition, information theft, data breaches, corporate espionage and cyber-attacks (phishing etc.).
Jörgen represents a diverse clientele, including Swedish and international industrial, shipping and energy companies but also state-owned entities especially in the energy sector. He is recognized as a recommended lawyer by Legal 500.
Jörgen joined CMS Wistrand in 2000 and became a partner in 2009.
