Greencarrier AB and JAS Worldwide, a global freight forwarding service provider headquarted in Atlanta, USA, have signed a share purchase agreement regarding transfer of Greencarrier Freight Services International. The transaction will be finalized once all regulatory approvals have been obtained from the relevant authorities.
Greencarrier Freight Services International offers smart and sustainable logistic solutions and supply chain management services. The turnover of Greencarrier Freight Services International amounts to more than 4 billion Swedish crowns through offices in 11 countries with approximately 800 employees.
JAS Worldwide covers more than 100 countries and has over 5,000 employees globally.
