Lennart Ernstson is a partner and head of CMS Wistrand’s practice group Real Estate. He specialises in and has extensive experience advising on real estate matters, including real estate M&A, property development and exploitation, commercial leases as well as property management.

Lennart is also advising on commercial agreements and general company law matters, with a particular focus on the sports and media sectors.

Lennart has notably, for many years, led projects related to forward funding of property development and on a regular basis represents some of the main actors in this field.

He has a rich history of prior experience, having previously worked at Kilpatrick Stockton, 2001-2002, Ernst & Young, 2000-2001, CMS Tisell Advokatfirma, 1995-1999, the Legal department at the City of Stockholm, 1993-1994, and as Law Clerk at the Stockholm District Court, 1991-1992.

Lennart Ernstson joined CMS Wistrand in 2002.
