CMS Wistrand advises Bonava on acquisition of a property in Stora Ursvik

CMS Wistrand has advised Bonava on its acquisition of a property from Fastighets AB Förvaltaren in Stora Ursvik, Sundbyberg.
The property includes development rights for more than 500 residential apartments. Closing is subject to the zoning plan obtaining legal force, with construction expected to commence in 2027. The estimated project value is approximately SEK 2 billion.
The CMS Wistrand team was led by Per Englund. The team also included Lennart Ernstson and Anna Welander.
