Valdemar Liungman is an associate in CMS Wistrand’s M&A and IT/IP groups. He regularly works on transactions, corporate law matters and commercial law, with experience in assisting clients throughout the entire business process – from structuring and due diligence to negotiation and implementation.
In parallel, Valdemar has broad expertise in IT and regulatory matters, advising on issues related to personal data, data protection and the GDPR, cybersecurity and whistleblowing. His responsibilities include both strategic advice and operational support in complex regulatory frameworks, as well as assistance with the implementation of internal policies and processes.
By combining transactional law with specialist knowledge in digitalisation and regulatory requirements, Valdemar offers business-oriented and pragmatic support to clients at the ever-changing intersection of tech and law.
