CMS Cameron McKenna is pleased to announce that Tetyana Dovgan has joined the firm`s Kyiv office as a Senior Associate effective September 29, 2014. Prior to joining CMS, Tetyana was a Senior Corporate and M&A Associate in the Kyiv offices of Chadbourne & Parke LLP. As part of the CMS team she will continue to develop our strong Corporate and M&A practice.
Tetyana has more than seven years of experience advising local and international clients on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, including English law-governed deals, with an industry focus on agriculture, IT and banking. Tetyana also advises on general corporate matters, corporate finance, currency controls, securities and employment law.
