CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz has appointed Maria Orlyk as local partner. She has worked for the law firm in Kyiv since 2006 and is an expert for M&A as well as competition and real estate law. Two new colleagues bring further expert knowledge in the fields of taxes, banking & finance and corporate law to Kyiv: local partner Anna Pogrebna and Counsel Yulia Chernyshova have joined the Ukrainian team.
