CMS Kyiv is pleased to announce that Olga Shenk has joined the firm as a Senior Associate effective 23 November 2015. Prior to joining CMS Kyiv, Olga was a Senior Dispute Resolution Associate in the Kyiv offices of Baker & McKenzie. As part of the CMS Kyiv team she will continue to develop our leading dispute resolution practice.
Olga has over ten years of experience in advising local and international clients in the areas of dispute resolution and litigation, international arbitration, bankruptcy and compliance. Involved in numerous litigation and arbitration proceedings in Ukraine and abroad, Olga advises clients across a wide variety of sectors, including agribusiness, pharmaceuticals, energy and banking. She is consistently recommended by The Legal 500 for providing “excellent service”.
