Olga Vorozhbyt elected as a New Board Member of Ukrainian Arbitration Association

We're pleased to announce that Olga Vorozhbyt, Dispute Resolution and Compliance partner at CMS Kyiv, has been elected as a new Board Member of the Ukrainian Arbitration Association (“UAA”). Olga has established herself as a qualified professional with 15 years of experience in dispute resolution. The new appointment is a continuation of her success and we are confident that UAA will benefit by Olga's knowledge and expertise.

Olga has wide-ranging experience in arbitration proceedings both in Ukraine and abroad, as well as in defending clients’ interests at state courts with particular emphasis on cross-border litigation. She advises foreign and local clients on compliance-related matters including internal and external FCPA-driven investigations.

Olga has been recommended as a specialist in dispute resolution by Legal 500, 2013 and 2008, and was included in the Best Lawyers 2014 publication in the field of product liability litigation. Olga has also been consistently recognized by the Ukrainian Law Firms edition for her exceptional work in litigation 2011-2014, international arbitration 2009 and 2010, restructuring and bankruptcy 2013, and tax 2013 in Ukraine.
