Inna Koval is a Senior Associate in the Corporate/M&A Transactions practice group at CMS Ukraine. Inna focuses on advising multinationals on cross-border corporate transactions in Central and Eastern Europe, but also has experience of acting on and managing M&A transactions, joint ventures and international restructuring projects throughout Western Europe, Middle East, Africa and Latin America. She has a particular focus on the technology, media and communications, agriculture and infrastructure sectors.
