Inna Koval is a Counsel in the international M&A, private equity and venture capital team of CMS.
With over 10 years of experience, Inna focuses on advising on complex JVs, cross-border private equity and M&A transactions throughout CEE, Europe and Central Asia with a particular focus on infrastructure (ports, digital and energy), banking and telecoms. Her practice centers on cross-border deals for multinationals and funds, drawing on execution experience that spans Europe, Central Asia and other regions.

Inna is also deeply involved in large scale strategic and impact projects.

In addition to her M&A expertise, she has significant experience in managing complicated international restructuring projects.

Inna is a recommended lawyer by IFLR 1000 and Legal 500.
