Iryna Barlit is a Senior Associate in the Banking & Finance practice at CMS Ukraine. Iryna’s experience includes advising international commercial and state banks and other financial institutions on banking and finance transactions, including project finance in various sectors of the Ukrainian economy, such as agriculture, infrastructure and renewable energy. Iryna graduated from Wroclaw University, LL.M. European and International Law with a specialisation in Business Law.

ING-led syndicate of international banks, including the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), Crédit Agricole - Corporate Investment Bank (CACIB), and Dutch development bank FMO, on the restructuring of Nibulon’s pre-export credit facility (PXF)

ING-led syndicate of international banks on an adjustment to the loan repayment terms under the USD 450m pre-export facility for Ukraine’s Kernel Group
