Kyrylo Senyshyn is a senior associate in the Banking & Finance practice at CMS Ukraine. He has extensive experience advising on cross-border financing, debt restructuring and regulatory matters.
Kyrylo advises international financial institutions, international and local banks, and borrowers on a broad range of financing transactions, including syndicated lending, project finance, asset finance and other complex financing arrangements. His practice also covers advising supervisory boards of state-owned companies on corporate governance and capital markets matters.
