Louise Çakar is an English-qualified solicitor specialising in advising multinationals on cross-border corporate transactions in emerging markets. Louise is based in the Kyiv office of CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang, but has experience in various jurisdictions, having acted on mergers and acquisitions, joint-ventures and multi-jurisdictional re-organisations throughout Central and Eastern Europe and the Middle East. She has a particular focus on the financial institutions and services sector, as well as on the technology, media and communications, and energy sectors.
