Maryna Kvaratskheliia is a lawyer who specialises in corporate governance and provides comprehensive legal support in real estate transactions.
Maryna’s real estate practice encompasses drafting and negotiating contracts for construction, renovation and design works, as well as property maintenance services. She also provides end-to-end legal support for commercial real estate leasing, sale and purchase transactions, including those involving assets located in temporarily occupied territories, agency agreements, privatisation, real estate mortgaging, property insurance, and obtaining the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s certifications of force majeure.
