Mykhaylo Korchynskyy is a senior associate in Dispute Resolution team in CMS Ukraine. Mykhaylo is an international arbitration and litigation practitioner with extensive experience in commercial dispute resolution and expertise in the defence sector. He has represented Ukrainian state bodies and private clients in more than 50 arbitrations before the ICAC at the UCCI, as well as in dozens of proceedings under the GAFTA and FOSFA rules. His experience further includes arbitrations conducted under ICC, LCIA, VIAC, and TAC rules, as well as ad-hoc arbitrations under UNCITRAL Rules and the English Arbitration Act 1996.
Mykhaylo has acted in civil and commercial proceedings before all instances of Ukrainian courts and has coordinated cross-border litigation in cooperation with local counsel in England, Switzerland, Poland, and Georgia. He is a qualified advocate of Ukraine.
A veteran of the russian-Ukrainian war, Mykhaylo possesses in-depth knowledge of the Ukrainian and global defence sectors, combining practical operational insight with legal expertise.
