Tetiana Buslova is a lawyer in the Banking & Finance practice at CMS Ukraine. She advises domestic and international clients on a broad range of financial regulatory and transactional matters under Ukrainian law.
Tetiana has experience supporting financial institutions, corporates and international investors on cross-border payments, bank account arrangements, and regulatory compliance issues. She regularly assists senior counsel on financing transactions, including drafting and reviewing transactional documentation, legal opinions and ancillary agreements.
Her practice also includes conducting complex legal research, preparing memoranda and supporting due diligence exercises in banking and finance mandates.
