Yuliia Chelebii-Kravchenko is a senior associate in the Corporate/M&A practice group at CMS Ukraine.
Yuliia specialises in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. She advises both international and domestic clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including cross-border and local M&A transactions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and corporate governance. Her expertise also extends to general commercial law, employment and data protection issues.
Yuliia has in-house legal experience, having supported a leading Ukrainian IT company in matters related to corporate operations, relations with stakeholders, commercial contracts and personnel engagement.
Before joining CMS, Yuliia worked at a leading Ukrainian law firm and a prominent Ukrainian IT company.
