Yuliia Pidlisna is an associate primarily specialising in the field of real estate. She advises Ukrainian companies and multinational corporations on acquisitions of commercial and industrial properties, conclusion and termination of lease agreements, construction matters, and various land issues. Yuliia Pidlisna has solid experience in conducting legal due diligence of numerous targets in various industries (steel producing plants, renewables projects, ongoing construction sites, etc.), including independent business reviews of leading developers and property managing companies for financial restructuring purposes.
Yuliia Pidlisna also has expertise in corporate law and M&A. She deals with all areas of M&A transactions (from pre-acquisition legal due diligence to signing and closing of transactions), advises on corporate law matters related to corporate governance, shareholding and business restructuring in Ukraine, compliance and HR matters.

Previous work experience / training 

Before joining CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz, Yuliia Pidlisna worked as a senior legal consultant at a Big4 firm.
In her previous workplace, she mainly provided comprehensive support to multinational companies purchasing real estate as well as conducting pre-acquisition due diligence of companies in various sectors.
