Her experience includes regulatory and construction advice on project finance for wind and solar power plants, the implementation of investment projects in the ancillary service market, pre-acquisition due diligences of electricity generation companies, and advising on participating in “green auctions”. Her expertise also extends to advising clients on privatisation and state support for industrial parks.
Before joining CMS, Yuliia worked at a leading Ukrainian law firm and one of the Big 4 auditing firms.
