Reinout Slot practices corporate and securities law, with particular expertise in completing deals that are concluded within complex regulatory environments.

In his practice, he regularly advises on the issuance of shares, bonds and other securities, public offers, acquisitions and sales of listed and private companies in the Netherlands and abroad, stock exchange listings and other capital markets transactions.

He has extensive experience in setting up investment funds, advising on the structuring and governance of funds, drawing up funds documentation, assisting with license applications as well as the issuance of participation rights for investors, including funds under the EU Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive.

Reinout joined CMS as a partner in 2002. Before that, from 1992 to 2002, he worked for Andersen Legal.
