CMS is pleased to announce that Benoît Vandervelde was appointed as Associate Partner on 24 January 2019. Benoît, who joined CMS in 2008, has a law degree from the Université Catholique de Louvain-La-Neuve (2004). He has extensive experience in banking and finance law as well as in insurance law. Benoît advises financial institutions and public authorities, both in the performance of their day-to-day activities and in their relationships with the regulatory authorities.
